MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - (Plano, Texas) - Category: Real Estate
We currently have an open Maintenance Technician position at the following Management Support community:

Compensation is based on experience and our anticipation of your performance. Pay rate is now in the range of $19 to $21 per hour. Job responsibilities include:
- Understand and follow written policy
- Working under direction of maintenance foreman and apartment manager
- Preventive and routine maintenance
- Timely completion of detailed maintenance reports
- Emergency Responses
- More than one (1) year experience in building/apartment maintenance
- HVAC certification preferred
- Basic electrical, plumbing, appliance and building/apartment maintenance and repair
- Lift and carry 30 lb up stairs
- Rotating schedule for on-call emergency response
- Current driver's license, with verifiable auto insurance.
- Bilingual (any language) a plus
