Jackson Supply Company is a leading wholesale distributor of HVAC equipment and supplies. We currently have locations throughout Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama,
Tennessee, Oklahoma, and Texas. We are currently seeking to fill a Warehouse and Counter Sales Position in Baton Rouge, LA.
Primarily responsible for the receipt, storage, and distribution of equipment, supplies, and materials. This includes loading and unloading trucks, storing inventory and general warehouse duties.
In addition, the position also calls for Counter Sales. Responsible for processing sales and responding to customer inquiries by way of counter and telephone while operating in a team-oriented environment that requires a lot of multi-tasking. Also responsible for assessing customer needs and providing solutions, addressing and resolving problems, supporting outside sales, maintaining good vendor relations, and warranty administration.

- Forklift Operation
- Shipping and receiving
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Conducting equipment and parts sales
- General administration duties (i.e. answering phones, warranty processing, etc.)
- Must have forklift experience
- Must have good customer service skills

- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be computer literate
- Must have good math skills
