Commercial HVAC Installer Apprentice/Helpers are assigned to our construction crews and report directly to the foreman of the team. The work is typically on rooftop unit replacements on medium retail buildings.

Job Requirements

  • Must be willing to travel 3 to 4 weeks per assignment.
  • Must be capable of working with other team members and taking direction of tasks from Crew Foreman.
  • Must have experience and knowledge of hand tools and safe operation of each.
  • Must be familiar with OSHA workplace safety compliance, as pertains to rooftop construction and PPE use.
  • Must have understanding of basic electrical requirements for commercial HVAC.
  • Knowledge and understanding of cutting and threading pipe (gas lines) is a plus.
  • Must be capable of attaining Boom Lift, Scissor Lift, Crane Rigging and Crane Signaling certifications
  • Pre-employment Drug Screening, MVR & Background Check
